General Membership Meeting - PINK OUT. PLEASE WEAR YOUR PINK!!!!!

 Theme idea: “Find Your Place. Make Your Mark.”

 WBBOR works because our members get involved. Each committee gets a very short opportunity—about 60–90 seconds—to “sell” their committee to the room.

 Chair/Vice Chair answer three things:

• What do we do? — one quick sentence.
• Why is it fun or worthwhile? — tell members what they actually get from participating.
• Who do we need? — “If you love ___, we need YOU!”

Every committee has permission to recruit creatively. Props, signs, costumes, a 15-second skit, music, giveaways—whatever fits their committee. The goal is energy, laughter, and making committee service feel inviting rather than like another obligation.

There might be a friendly competition. I might give everyone at the meeting a ballot or QR code and let them vote for “Best Committee Pitch.” The winning committee gets bragging rights—or a small prize at the next meeting.
